Required Skills
-          General
o   Good OOP Concepts
o   Must be good in Problem Solving & Unit Testing
o   Good Communication Skills (Able to communicate with clarity in meetings or via emails/phone with external clients)
-          C# Experience
o   Working knowledge of Generics
o   Experience of developing Component Libraries using C# (VS 2005 or later)
o   Experience of web programming (ASP.NET) will be a BIG plus
