GENERAL MANAGER MARKETING & SALES (INSTITUTIONS)

·    Location: Lahore HQ
Description: Key responsibilities & measurement


·    Developing and leading aggressive sales & marketing team for Sales of Power & Distribution transformers .Target based
Strategic planning, Business Development, Entry in new market segments, Marketing initiatives, Relationship management
with Institutions, Team building and Receivables management.
·    Identify Business Areas and potential business groups
·    Supervision of Pre-Qualifications for Tenders and inquiries from clients
·    Technical Evaluation of BID documents from clients
·    Identify project teams including planning control, design, production and commissioning team
·    Estimation of tenders for bidding 
·    Negotiations and extensive follow-up with client like WAPDA, KESE and other institutions
·    Liaise with the clients for approvals of equipment and technical specifications
·    Achieve client satisfaction and meet company assigned targets  

 Skills & experiences
·    A university degree in engineering and / or MBA/ME (Electrical Engineers would be preferred)
·    Minimum 15-20 years in sales and marketing of transformers and Electrical goods
·    Proficient in MS office
·    Excellent communications skills
