Executive Tele Sales (Islamabad)

Role Purpose:
The candidate is required to handle outbound calls including wi-tribe Pakistan's customer queries relating to product and new sale orders.
Key Accountabilities:
  • The incumbent will provide relevant product information to customers.
  • Ensure complete product knowledge is acquired and passed on to customers.
  • Maintain prospect outbound sale records on daily basis.
  • Handle outbound calls with utmost courtesy, senstivity and professionalism maintaining high quality call standards.
  • Must hold proficiency in the timely resolution of customer queries and product inquiries.
 
Experience & Qualifications:
  • Fresh Graduates from HEC recognized universities.
  • Candidates holding a diploma in English language or Communication skills will be preferred. 
  • Must be proficient in using a Computer and the usage of MS Office.
Competencies:
  • Must achieve the monthly target as assigned by the line manager. 
  • The candidate must possess excellent product knowledge and coverage information.
  • Should be able to carry out outbound call system proficiently.
  • Must have a proactive approach towards feedbacks/followups from Web Leads and the outdoor sales team.
  • The candidate should possess a solid hands on experience at catering towards both Inbound and outbound calls.
