PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES
¯ Ensure handling of all consumer insight research for brands such as concept testing, studying their relevant markets and products survey.
¯ Keep track of shop branding activities and retail promotional schemes of other brands in the market.
¯ Study and analyze agency presentation, negotiate retainer fees and time commitment, their scope and expertise and short listing them for existing and new product line in coordination with Marketing Manager and Chief Executive .
¯ Keeping track of all advertising and promotional plan given by concerned agency and maintaining prompt follow up.
¯ Prepare media campaign for Caresse existing brands in coordination with assigned agency
¯ Develop launching plans for new products.
¯ Work in close coordination with agencies for selection of location for commercial shootings, models and other miscellaneous requirements.
¯ Liaise with Marketing and Sales for sales planning, sales surveys, sales development through special marketing and promotional activities.
¯ Execute the approved media plans and ensuring timely implementation of campaign.
¯ Evaluate the brand portfolio and pointing out the missing links and suggesting new areas to target.
¯ Prepare branding plans and developing promotional strategies for Caresse brands.
¯ Evaluate and bring necessary changes to outer packaging, inserts and SKUs of products.
¯ Coordinate branding strategies with relevant departments.
¯ Prepare and suggest budgets for media planning and product promotion.
¯ Prepare release order for airing commercials on TV channels and print ads in newspaper and magazines.
¯ Keep track of Adwatch report and verifying channels bills accordingly.
¯ Analyze and keep track of commercial film quality on various channels by watching their recorded DVDs.
¯ Work with printing agencies and free lancer for developing POS materials and delivering them to concerned departments as committed.
¯ Working on new product line to extend new moisturizer category.
¯ Work in close coordination with R&D department for new product development.
¯ Study targeted countries demographics, consumer buying behavior, social classes, types of A, B, C class stores and their brand placement.
¯ Develop launching plans for branding in assigned countries in coordination with Manager International Marketing.
¯ Conduct training of field force for related products through presentations and workshops.
