· Qualified Chartered Accountant and/or Certified Internal Auditor
· 5-8 years of post-qualification experience in Internal Audit in a reputable organization
· Possess deep understanding of both Internal Audit and relevant Accounting Standards.
· Ability to maintain effective working relationships at all levels
· Self-starter with the ability to efficiently meet schedules and deadlines
· Ability to maintain independence (in substance and in form) from operational decisions
· Possess good analytical skills with aptitude towards mentoring and developing audit team
· Proficient in use of computers especially MS Office
