PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE · Bachelors’ degree in food science / engineering. MBA strongly preferred.
· A minimum of 5 -10 years of experience in Quality Assurance, preferably in FMCG

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES & SKILLS REQUIRED
· Introduce and develop world-class quality management systems and procedures in food industry, which enhances the quality of the entire product portfolio,
· Assure and maintain quality standards from raw materials to finished products
· Responsible for the integrity of documentation, production process, tracking system, ingredients quality, etc. Interact with internal teams as well as suppliers, co-packers, etc.
· This role is a key position and will be instrumental in the growth and sustainability of the quality
· Excellent communication skills and leadership abilities.
· Energetic, driven and passionate.
