Education MBA from a recognized institution
Experience 5 to 7 Years
Job Functions ·Plans for promoting company's image, brand(s) and products to the target Institutions, for achieving the marketing and sales objectives that pertains to Institutional segment.
·Generates / gets generated the demand for the products and monitors that the leads are converted into actual Sales, in due course of time.
·Regulates and controls the process of prospecting, approaching, presenting and closing the Sales [initiatives], in terms of effectiveness, efficiency and quality.
·Manages Relationship management with the concerned contacts of the target Institutions and ensure that they actually purchase all those products which are marketed by the company.
·Maintains liaison with major Institutional Suppliers.
·Reports feedback in terms of Company / brand image and product awareness in the Institutional segment, prevailing situation in the competitive environment and Office Suppliers' interest (in Company's products).
·Prepares collateral aimed at Institutional Buyers
·Manages Product Promotion events in Educational Institutions
·Prepares budgets and effectively controls Institutional Promotion expenses in terms of its cost-benefit ratio.
·Manage the quality and quantity of leads generated and of the fulfillment process.
·Ensures management and timely updation of Institutional Customers database / Customer Relations Management (CRM) module.
·Manages direct mail campaigns targeted towards the Institutions whether done during new product launches or on a periodic basis.
