PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE · MBA from reputed institute with Law background (preferably LLM).
· 08-10 years relevant experience with minimum 3 years on a senior position.

JOB RESPONSIBILITES & SKILLS REQUIRED
· Plan, direct, or coordinate Employee Relations & Administrative services, including general administration, labor administration, legal compliance; health, safety and physical security, time and attendance management, mail distribution, telephone operator/receptionist, and other office support services.
· Oversee facilities planning, maintenance and custodial operations.
· Designs and chalks out various welfare activities and programs for the benefit and well being of company employees in line with the Company policy.
· Manages the welfare budget in such a way as to improve the work environment of the employees.
· Ensures the correct and accurate preparation of the payroll data and its timely and efficient disbursement.
· Devises such systems and work routines that ensure quick and swift processing and disbursement of different financial claims of the employees.
· Manages the proper disbursement of the welfare and benevolent grants and stipends to the needy and deserving employees and their dependents.
· Processes the disciplinary cases in line with the prevailing regulations and mediates in cases of staff grievances where necessary.
· Advises Senior Management on Union Issues.
· Initiates such activities and ventures that enhance the Company's image as an employee-friendly entity
· Any other assignment /task assigned by seniors of the company.
