· Develop the organization’s training function to ensure that training provided supports the aims and objectives of the organization and its functions.
· Development of Tailor-made Training Programs
· On-job-training (OJT)
· Soft-skills Training for Executives
· Evaluation of Training Programs
· Development of line professionals as trainers for OJT
· Employee Orientation Program
