PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE An MBA in Marketing having a core 10 - 15 years of exposure of Sales in FMCG with 4 years at least in a senior position. International Sales / Exports experience with proven track record of international business development and have the ability to lead teams towards outstanding growth.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES & SKILLS REQUIRED
· To implement overall sales strategies for the business, achieving defined business objectives including market share, brand awareness, revenue and profit goals.
· Lead the international sales development and operations
· Explore new avenues of business and consolidate Shan Foods lead in food export business
· In conjunction with the Product Development team and the Head of Marketing, this position contributes to setting and implementing the annual and long term strategic and operational objectives of the company
· Achievement of strategic and annual sales targets for sales business segments.
· Direct the development and implementation of sales and customer relationship strategies, focused on distribution partners and customers throughout the business chain.
· Direct sales operations focused on increasing presence in current and new market segments.
· Represent company’s interests in strategic and operational issues, domestic and international.
· Manage sales staff to effectively develop forecasts, product demand estimates and input in crop planning and inventory decisions.
· Achievement of agreed sales budget.
· Oversee the distribution network and sales policies and procedures for the business.
· Develop and implement key go to market strategies in close collaboration with Marketeting.
· Provide business input and oversight to the development and execution of business agreements, legal contracts, terms and conditions related to sales transactions.
· Provide key input and approval of pricing levels and product portfolio mix.
· Maximize profitable growth of the business.
· Ensure coordination and handling of customer complaints with legal and QA teams.
· Ensure compliance with established or efficient implementation of new business processes.
