The Role
:: Design web themes and layouts for web sites and web based applications ensuring a great user experience
:: Develop marketing material, presentations and brochures for both electronic and print media
:: Facilitate in the development of user friendly GUIs for software applications
:: Develop multimedia animations, and interactive presentations in Flash and other multimedia tools
:: Design ads, postings, banners etc. for both web and print media
Required Competencies
:: Bachelors degree, preferably in Graphic Design
:: 3 to 5 years experience in graphic design
:: Proven track record in graphic design and multimedia
:: Hands on expertise in cutting edge graphics and multimedia tools like Adobe Photoshop, Freehand/Corel Draw, PageMaker, Illustrator, Flash, Premier etc.
:: Knowledge and experience of Dreamweaver, web page development, HTML and stylesheets would be a plus, though not essential
:: Good communication skills
:: Excellent interpersonal and team skills
