PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATION
· CFA/ FRM /PRM, MBA (finance) Prior experience of working with risk vendor / bank in the risk management and Basel II implementing with at least 4 years of exposure.
RESPONSIBILITIES/SKILLS
· Assist Head of risk in implementing Basel II regulating across the bank
· Prepare and review risk related policies for the risk function in coordination with bank business units
· Deep understanding of risk management principles (industry best practices), Basel II (credit, market and operational risks), data structure and risk architecture.
· Deep understanding of IRB models, ICAAP, RAROC, and RAPM
· Deep understanding of risk based pricing concepts, limits and collateral management.
· Implementation of advanced workflow systems for operational risk
· Deep understanding of RCSA , KRI, and AMA
· Prepare risk reports and regulatory reporting for central bank
· Coordinate, reporting and reconciliation with finance
· Assist in vendor selection and co-ordinate installation of risk management systems
· Data gap analysis and assistance in detailed mapping and integration of different source systems
· Assist in data consistency and data validation projects for the risk systems implementation
· Liaising with the branches and detailing the business requirements on the workflow.
· Project management skills to co-ordinate different projects and timelines and capability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
