Education MBA from a recognized institution
Experience 5 to 7 Years
Job Functions ·Recommend regional marketing and sales strategy
·Execute the approved strategies/control and monitor their effectiveness
·Retain / recruit / drive / manage distributors
·Foster direct relationship with key accounts
·Define distributor relationship / channel strategy
·Develop and monitor regional marketing / work plans
·Develop and maintains Sales Forecast and/or Relief Stocks required
·Achieve sales targets
·Provide sales and marketing support and training to distributors
·Ensure that distributors receive adequate support and service (marketing, sales promotion, sales admin, delivery, quality, technical support)
·Project-manage any local initiatives
·Maintain regional / distributor price lists
·Competitor monitoring and intelligence
·Contribute to sales and marketing strategy and new product development initiatives

·Experienced in sales management and in managing distributors and channel Management
·Highly motivated, determined to succeed
·Assertive but diplomatic
·Well organized
