Inside Sales Manager required for Solution/Software Selling

Job Description:

Inside Sales Manager will perform its duties from Karachi Office over the phone. No travel required. Softech World Wide/Vidizmo. com is seeking a world class sales professional to sell its products and services worldwide , specially to US Market. The job requires you to work in US Time zone to conduct conference with some flexibility to work during day as well.

 

Responsibilities:

    • Open, Follow-up and Close Sales
    • Respond to customer inquiries via phone and e-mail, assist potential customers during their evaluation process, create quotes and help setup new customer accounts
    • Maintain strong hands-on knowledge of business and technical solutions offered by Vidizmo
    • Act as a Trusted Advisor to Vidzimo Prospects and Customers by providing solutions to their business or technical problems with the help of team members
    • Collect and analyze pre-demo scoping information
    • Able to deliver superb demos including key features and benefits, product offerings, differentiation, and competitive positioning


    •
Be able to address the majority of technical questions concerning customization, integration, and general feature / functionality of our product
    • Know where to escalate within the organization and make effective use of those resources
    • Demonstrate knowledge of competitor's products and be able to successfully demonstrate edge against the competition
    • Support field marketing events over the phone (trade shows, conferences, demos) as assigned
    • Provide timely and complete customer-based feedback to Product Management, Sales, Support and/or Development regarding customer requirements
    • Document and track all activity through Microsoft CRM, including lead/prospect data entry, detailed activity reports, setting tasks for follow-up
    • Prepare and perform appropriate follow-up communications, sending of marketing and collateral materials to prospective clients
    • Consistently improve personal product knowledge, industry knowledge and communication skills
    • Contribute in Lead Generation Activities



 

Required Skills

    • 3-5 years as a Technical Sales and Account Management , ideally for eLearning solutions or Rich Media Platform


    •
Preferably BS, BE, BBA, MBA with Technical background, passion about technology and internet savvy
    • Excellent English communication skills both verbal and written
    • Good Analytical and Creative thinking skills
    • Good Interpersonal and Motivational skills
    • Experienced in coordination and team work in flat sales team without hierarchy



 

Preferred Skills:

·          Experience with Solution Selling and Software, Internet Video

·          Industry experience of Education, Training , Professional Development , Continued Education,

·          Ability to speak and present to CXO of large organizations
