Job Title: Mart Manager
Location: DAEWOO MART at Motorway Service Area Bhera South on M2
Salary: Attractive Salary package with free single accommodation at MSA
Age Limit: Maximum 35 Years
Duty Timing: Full Time
Duties & Responsibilities:
· Can be able to manage the Daewoo Mart independently under the supervision of Head Office.
· Must be able to manage team performance & whole operation of an Exclusive Daewoo Mart on 24/7 Hour basis.
· Must have ability to make plan to achieve the Sales Targets
Education & Qualifications:
· Minimum BA/BSC/B.com required.
· Post-graduate qualification in Business, Commerce is preferably.
Experience:
· Minimum 5-7 years directly retail outlet related experience / FMCG sales & management experience at Manager Level.
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
· Good technical and computer skills.
· Ability to work within deadline requirements.
· Flexibility and self motivation.
