Senior Technology Analyst - Applications Development

Job Responsibilities

• Understands application development life cycle
• Can design, code and debug applications in various software languages.
• Understands software analysis, code analysis, requirements analysis, software review, identification of code metrics, system risk analysis, software reliability analysis
• Delivers quality work on-time and to specification
• Practices Object-oriented Design and Analysis (OOA and OOD)
• Understands software modeling and simulation
• Understands user interfaces and is able to design user friendly interfaces
• Is able to think clearly, logically and maintain a rational thought process
• Evaluate and identify new technologies for implementation
• Maintain standards compliance
• Practices and shows good documentation skills and is able

Skills Required

• MS/BS in Computer Science or equivalent
  3 to 5 years of developing software applications
  MS/BS in Computer Science or equivalent
• 3 to 5 years of developing software applications
• You should have development experience in several of the following technologies: PHP, J2EE, JSF, JSP, .NET, XML
• You are comfortable with WebSphere, Sun Java Application Server, Netbeans, Eclipse and their configurations
• You know database design and development and data modeling (MySQL, SQL Server, Oracle) with strong SQL knowledge
• You have good technical writing skill
