BSC/MSC

Experience:
At least 1 years of Business Analyst experience.

Job Description:
·        Works with senior analyst to identify required changes.
·         Prepares and edits requirements, specifications, business processes and recommendations related to proposed solution.
·        Develops product requirement specifications for development team.
·        Reports closed issues to the concerned stakeholders
·        Assists in enforcement of project deadlines and schedules.
·        Takes input from supervisor and appropriately and accurately applies comments/feedback.
·        Communicates and applies project standards.
·        Assists in the facilitation of team and client meetings
·        Delivers informative, well-organized presentations
·        Possesses understanding in the areas of application
·        Programming, database and system design.
·        Understands Internet and client/server architectures.
·        Pushes creative thinking beyond the boundaries of existing industry practices and client mindsets.
·        Facilitates effective team interaction.
Required Skills:
·        Good communicator with excellent inter-personal skills.
·        1 year experience in business analysis.
·        Knowledge of technical writing.
