One of our Clients is looking for Head of Sales for the following role.

PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATION / EXPERIENCE
·          10 years successful track record in Bi- Product sales with at least 5 years at Senior Executive Management or Manager/Director level.
PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE & JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
·          To review current activity and develop a clear strategic approach to sales generation within the division.
·          Build, lead and manage a sales team capable of meeting and exceeding the divisional sales targets.
·          Control and manage the efficient operation of the sales systems, procedures and processes.
·          Manage and control expenditure in line with the agreed financial budget.
·          Contribute to company strategic planning and development.
·          Corporate Governance.
·          Analyze and assess all existing and potential business contracts with a view to identifying opportunities to reduce losses, improve margins & increase profits.
·          Oversee all customer proposals ensuring tender submissions are accurate, professionally presented and submitted to prospective client/s in accordance with agreed deadlines.
·          Actively participate in the Tender process for all large bids.
·          Plan and implement sales and customer retention and development policies.
·          Evaluate our pricing structure on an ongoing basis using market intelligence reports to ensure competitiveness and profitability, at all times.
·          Distribution channel analysis and development.
·          Work with the COO and operations team to estimate projects based on agreed customer requirements.
·          Implement suitable management reporting and identify / review the sales metrics required to be captured.
·          Directly manage major and critical developing client accounts, and coordinate the management of all other accounts.
·          Promote positive relations with partners, vendors, and distributors.
·          Act as executive representative for the business with all customers.
·          Develop marketing initiatives and events to support the sales effort in conjunction with the marketing department
Provide support to business projects as a sponsor/stakeholder/contributor.
·          Attract, retain, train and motivate a diverse sales force
Provide leadership to the sales team, coaching and mentoring new and existing team members and promoting career development.
·          Responsible for HR related management tasks – recruitment & selection, annual performance reviews and other duties as they arise.
·          Help create a positive culture where team members can develop their potential and feel important as contributors to the ongoing development of the company.
·          Responsible for managing and controlling the sales budget.
·          Collaborate closely with the Product and Marketing teams on developing new products and services for our clients.
·          Update the company on changing trends within the market so that the organization can make and adjust plans accordingly.
·          Strong knowledge and proven experience within the Middle Eastern marketplace is required.
·          Significant people management experience and expertise required.
·          Proven leadership ability to influence, develop and empower employees to achieve objectives within a team approach.
·          Experience in strategic planning & execution.
·          Analytical expertise in understanding complex issues and their consequences
