Responsibilities
- Greets and directs all visitors, including vendors, clients, job candidates and customers
- Ensures completion of paperwork, sign-in and security procedures
- Handles attendance log and other administrative tasks
- Assist other administrative staff with overflow work; including word processing, data entry and internet research tasks
- Answering visitor inquiries about a company and its services, being the first point of contact
- Directing visitors to their destinations and to keep the lobby area tidy
- Sorting mail, answering incoming calls on multi-line telephones
- Setting appointments, filing, faxing and emailing to the clients
- Update secretarial/clerical desk manual
Skills
- Excellent verbal and written interpersonal communication and report writing skills
- Must be able to prioritize multiple assignments with tight deadlines
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word
- Fluent in English and local language
- Good in maintaining a calm, courteous and professional demeanor at all times
Experience
Six months working experience in multinational company in similar capacity. However, Experience is not necessary but will be preferred as an added advantage.
Qualification
Incumbent should be at least a bachelors degree holder with a well groomed appearance, customer centric, positive attitude and punctual. (This position is for females only)Send your CVs to:
