Should have a university degree in civil/transportation engineering and a minimum of ten years experience in road maintenance supervision with a municipality. He will have a through knowledge of applicable conducting studies and inspections. He will be responsible for the management of filed operations and engineering activities concerning maintenance of the road structure.
