| - Develop sales strategy / plan for liability products
- Prepare Sales Budgets (volumes & revenue contribution) & ensure its execution, monitoring & reporting
- Develop and implement sales performance review framework
- Manage liability sales teams across branches and ensure their optimal utilization against benchmarks
- Ensure effective portfolio management against defined portfolio quality benchmarks
- Conduct liability sales trainings

| - Masters with specialization in Marketing
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience with 2 years in a managerial role. Experience in Banking / Financial Institution will be an added advantage.
- Well versed with deposit mobilization principles and innovative sales techniques
- Should also have strong analytical, oral, presentation, written and communication skills.
- The candidate should be willing to travel across country.
- PC skills including word processing and advanced spreadsheet capabilities.
- Age up to 35 years.
