Shall have university degree I civil engineering / transportation engineering with minimum 5 years of progressively increasing experience in all faces of transportation engineering including traffic engineering, highway geometric design, transportation system management and short range transpiration system planning. Experience shall include maintenance and operation of sophisticated traffic signal and lighting systems, traffic surveillance program including analysis of traffic volumes, traffic accident, travel time and delay, parking, roadway capacity and travel speed.
