2 – Factory manager
At least 12 years of relevant factory management experience gained from large scale Factory operations . Well-versed in advanced manufacturing technique and all-round in depth knowledge in all aspects of factory operations. Strong leadership in directing, coaching and controlling a sizeable taskforce with staff from different disciplines including production, quality, technical, engineering, logistics, warehousing etc. Aggressive, self-motivated, attentive to details and highly quality-conscious. Knowledge of local labor laws is essential.
