At least 10-15 years of direct Operations management experience preferably in a food / milk / consumer packaged goods environment. Should have progressive ‘Manufacturing Systems’ and Financial/Cost expertise along with a working SOP approach to planning/decision making. HAACP expertise and strong attention to detail in safety and regulatory matters. Active supply chain management / systems capability Full knowledge of cost modeling, analysis, and related business implications.Has led / developed successful high involvement employee work environments
