		Product & promotion planning Product development & management Conduct Market Research, analyze market conditions / competitor data Develop, update and maintain Product Development framework Target Market Assessment, Product Feasibility & Product Launch Prepare product budgets/forecasts. Develop & maintain product lifecycle plans. Assist Manager Marketing in brand/identity management, product/sales collateral and product/service documentation. Gather customer / employee feedback for product improvement. Conduct product audits. Devise & deliver product training.
Job Requirements
		Masters with specialization in Marketing Minimum 3 years of relevant experience with exposure of product development, marketing & branding. Banking / Financial Institution experience will be an added advantage. Well versed with deposit mobilization / consumer lending principles Strong presentation and communication skills PC skills including word processing and advanced spreadsheet capabilities. Age up to 35 years
