Following are the details:
• Create business opportunities by identifying, establishing and developing business leads for Financial, ERP, Document Management, Business Process Automation and other custom-made solutions within the defined target markets.
• Primarily be responsible to bring in new business.
• To generate own leads by effective cold calling followed by customer meetings, presentations and closing of deals.
• Ensure all opportunities are well qualified.
• Work with technical team to establish new opportunities, develop proposals and presentations.
• Develop business plans to increase revenue and maximize margin in line with organizational goals.
• Deliver, monitor and report weekly on achievement and pipeline.
• Ensure effective implementation of processes and achievement of KPIs and targets.
SKILLS REQUIRED:
Good understanding of Software Applications
Hunter like spirit (Hunger of making money)
Clear thinking person, strong past performances in and around IT services
Superb verbal and written communication skills along with excellent organizational and teamwork skills
Self-starter who can work independently with minimal oversight along with a proactive service attitude and willingness to take a "hands on" approach
Consistent, Goal Oriented & Hardworking
OTHER DETAILS:
This is a permanent job, which requires (75%) travel. Market competitive salary will be offered to the right candidate. Minimum desired experience would be 2 Years (Selling experience of Software solutions).
Gross Salary Rs. 35,000.00 – Rs. 50,000 per month depending upon experience.
Commission 4.5% of the sale revenue generated
