Degree(s)/Major(s): master's degree, preferably in Information Technology and/or Telecommunications
Experience Required: 8 - 10 Years
Functional Skills/Knowledge Areas: An in depth practitioner on the MS Office platform, and have the right mix of passion and realism for fitting that platform to the Telenor Group context.
A forward leaning and experienced senior technology person that will be seen as one of the leading persons in this area in Telenor Group
A person who will develop others in this area both in Corporate Development and across Telenor Group, forming a virtual "Centre of Excellence"
Able to value-add own and others' skills/knowledge, experiences and inputs by synthesizing them into pragmatic and applicable strategies and breaking this into actionable roadmaps and specific recommendations and policies.
Familiar with shaping and leading complex strategy projects/programs.
Updated on key trends and next trends within the IT workplace area, e.g. on MS Platform space
Experienced in working with senior stakeholders.
Excellent in oral and written communication / presentation in English and comfortable in communicating at CxO as well as expert level and adapting "language" and level of detail to the audience.
Prepared to work under pressure and travel on short notice between Telenor's BUs when circumstances require it.
Strong in interpersonal and consensus building skills through combination of own knowledge and insights as well as trustworthy objectiveness and respect for alternative views and opinions of key stakeholders.
Experienced and skilled in working and cooperating within an international and multicultural environment.
Structured and able to plan, prioritize and deliver!
