Manager Human Resources - Islamabad, Pakistan


  • Must have proven verbal, written and interpersonal skills.
  • Must be a relationship builder and team player and able to positively interact with all levels of employees from senior management through the rest of the organization.
  • Must be able to interact and communicate with external stake holders such as union officials, governmental agencies, company attorneys, insurance companies, consultants, etc.
  • Must be able to interact and build outside professional HR relationships with HR industry peers from other companies and professional HR organizations.
  • Must have basic computer skills and ability to work with Microsoft word, excel, power point and be able to perform internet searches for applicable HR research.
  • Must have no reservations about traveling in Baluchistan and supporting the companies mining and business activities in that region.
  • Successful candidate will also be capable for filling in for the HR Director in his absence.
  • There is an emphasis the successful candidate has very strong labour relations abilities and experience in the heavy industrial market and with unions.
  • Must be able to work in a multi-cultural (Pakistan nationals and expatriates) environment is necessary.
