Job Description:
Right Click is offering 12-week paid internship for people interested in providing Customer Services to English speaking international customers. (Emails and Live Chat only)
1.    Candidate should have “EXCELLENT SKILLS IN ENGLISH WRITING”. You will be tested with a series of writing tests including “Email writing test” and a “mock live chat session”.
2.    Candidate will primarily be working on mastering information at our websites including product information, order status and delivery of products and more
3.    Troubleshoot and solve customer issues
4.    Up-sell products and services whenever the opportunity arises to improve conversion rates
5.    Appropriate and comprehensive training will be provided.
6.    This is an ideal position for a recent graduate
7.    Marketing background will be an added advantage.
8.    Expert level Microsoft Office skills, especially MS Word.
9.    Work Schedule: Full time (48 hours per week); Term: 12 weeks
10.    Possibility of permanent employment for potential interns
11.    Internship certificates will be awarded on successful completion
This is not an internship in which you have to maintain files or perform clerical tasks for your seniors.
This is an entry-level position with opportunity to transition to a full time Customer Service Representative.
