Job Description:
- To analyze, plan and manage recruitment program and the hiring process to ensure that HR service provided meets the needs of company’s business
- To ensure that accurate Job descriptions are in place
- To maintain recruitment database on daily basis
- To assist management in bringing up new processes and procedures in the HR department
Skills Required:
- Proficient in English and Urdu (verbal and written)
- Strong analytical and Interpersonal skills
- Hands on computer skills
