Job Title : Jr. Software engineer (.net)
Qualification : BS / BCS or equivalent degree from a HEC recognized university
Experience : 1-2 year
Location : Karachi

Job Responsibilities:
· Responsible for developing and implementing .NET based Web and distributed applications
· Participate in software development lifecycle including business and technical requirements analysis and software solutions design
· Work with design team to implement GUI.
· Documentation of formal requirements, analysis and technical design documents.
· Develop test procedures and scripts or code to drive automated software test. Conduct informal and formal software integration testing.
· Conduct unit tests and provide quality assurance feedback.
Skills Required:
· Solid experience of developing web based applications using .Net technologies.
· Proven programming/development experience in Microsoft .NET using ASP.NET, C# and VB.NET, and/or C# and Crystal Reports.
· Proficiency in HTML, XHTML, DHTML, XML, JAVASCRIPT, Web application security and Web 2.0.
· Good analytical skills and clear understanding of architecture designing.
· Strong Object Oriented concepts and familiarity with OO Design, best design patterns & practices.
· Knowledge of multithreading, and concurrency mechanisms
· Good knowledge of SQL Server and Experience with SQL Server and Stored Procedures.
· E-Commerce understanding is also required. Knowledge of PayPal, Google Checkout, Payment Gateways will be an added advantage.
· Knowledge of implementing web services or service-oriented architecture is a strong plus.
· Excellent written and oral English communication skills. Ability to clearly communicate within the team and with the client
· Self-motivated and willing team player with good interpersonal skills and get-it-done work attitude.
· Ability to work both independently and in teams
· Ability to work under pressure.
· Willing to travel upon need.
· Self-motivation and sense of responsibility is a must.
· Ability to work in a collaborative environment.
