Degree(s)/Major(s): Graduate
Certification(s): Diploma or (military/police) equivalent is essential
Experience Required: Must have experience in a supervisory role (3 to 5 years) either within the government, military, police, corporate or private company.
Functional Skills/Knowledge Areas: - Must be computer literate & good communication skills (Urdu & local regional languages).
- Should have supervisory experience in a corporate security function.
- Weapon-handling skills.
- Must be able to implement security operations initiatives and policies as directed by the Assistant Manager Security and Manager Network Security.
- Must be able to handle heavy work-load effectively and efficiently.
- Must be able to complete designated tasks on time and to the required standard.
- Must engender a team approach with contract guards and influence them to perform at their best.
- Must maintain a purely professional relationship with contract guards.
- Must be able to work nights.
- Ability to work independently as well as a part of a team.
- Ability to work in challenging environment.
- Calm and assured in stressful or dangerous circumstances.
- Intolerant of all forms of discrimination and prejudice.
- Intolerant of fraud, corruption and nepotism.
- Good interpersonal skills.
