An international NGO is looking for a recruiter to facilitate
recruitment activities by providing administrative and clerical
support to HR Team. This is a short term position only for two months
and is based in Islamabad, females are encouraged to apply.
Responsibilities and tasks:
Support & Participate in the Recruitment and Selection Processes for personnel
Affirm/assures that Personnel Requests and JDs are submitted to HR
department before any post is advertised.
Posting jobs on web portal and newspaper
· Long listing of applications. Follow up for shortlists and
with requesters agree on the interview dates plus the panel, and
effect candidates’ invitations
Prepare interview packages and send them to the interview panelists
well in time.
Check references of the candidates before making an offer.
· Respond to any query related to interview.
· Registers and dispatches outgoing mails and other items
· Logistics Arrangements for interviews.
Performs all other related duties as assigned
Record keeping
2. Coordinates staff Orientation
Coordinate, manage, assist and monitor the orientation process at CIP
and follow up at the sub offices.
Maintains effective communication, coordination and working relations
with staff and management.
Qualifications & Competences:
Education:
MBA (HR) from a reputable University
Required Knowledge:
Basic understanding of HR functions, reporting and record keeping
requirements, knowledge of related computer applications and the
Country Labor laws
Experience 3 Years
Competencies: Planning and organizing, problem
solving, attention to detail, effective Communication, interpersonal
and facilitation skills, able to consult and work in teams
