Qualification : BSc / BE (Civil) or relevant qualification - MBA a plus

Job Responsibilities:
· Full time Site Project Manager responsible for overall project construction management, coordination with the construction on site for day to day activity with Client and the Consultant’s Head office.
· Act and provide immediately any required design drawing presenting site progress daily, weekly & monthly reports to Client, material, shop drawing approvals.
· To monitor the projects, Contractor performance for quality of works, time completion duration and cost effectiveness of projects, and see to it the project is executed according to specification, BOQ and approved construction drawings, etc.
· Strong project and process management skills
· Excellent communication (both written and verbal), presentation, and interpersonal skills
· Plus point if candidate has work experience in Saudi
