Job Requirement:
· Proven experience with IBM Software Range i.e. Websphere, MQ, Tivoli, Rational, Lotus, DB2, File Net in Mid to Large environments.
· Deploy solutions at either customer’s site or site as designated by company.
· Troubleshooting and diagnosing systems and solving any issues that arise.
· Providing support, including procedural and documentation.
· Supporting new applications.
· Monitoring and maintaining deployed solutions.
· Talking clients through a series of actions, either face to face or over the telephone.
· Responding within agreed time limits to call-outs.
· Working continuously on a task until completion (or referral to third parties, if appropriate).
· Prioritizing and managing several open cases at one time.
· Testing and evaluating new releases.
· Be willing to travel overseas for medium term assignments extensively.
· Be go getters with a never say die attitude
· Excellent communication (both written and verbal) and interpersonal skills
