The interested candidate should be responsible, sharp, honest and able to deliver on time. General responsibilities include but not limited to following:Responsibilities:
- Preparation and follow up of invoices.
- Supervise collection & recovery.
- Handling petty cash.
- Making journal entries.
- Dealing with bank.
- Disbursement of salaries.
- Closing of account and report to head office.
- Office administration.
- Capable of managing Stores & Supplies, Maintaining Parties Ledgers, Cash books.
- Assist the Manager in all administrative affairs.
- Control the office in the absence of Manager.
Skills Required:
- Well conversant with the usage of MS Office specially MS Excel.
- B.Com with over 1 year of experience as an Accountant and Administration.
- Should have own transport.
