Chief Financial Officer

Incumbent should be CA / CPA with 15 years experience in  a multi-business group. He will be involved in the investment decisions with responsibility for risk management, treasury functions, formulating financial business strategies besides consolidating financial statements of multiple businesses. Will also be responsible for all financial and accounting policy matters. He should have been in similar position at least for 5 years in a reputed organization. The position reports to CEO and supervises the work of all General Managers (Finance & Accounts) of various units in the organization. Employment will be on a contract basis (3 years renewable). Salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience and will carry attractive remuneration and benefits package while working in a professional environment.
