Major Responsibilities - Manage the administrative and operational functions of the Information Technology Division.
- Work closely with the Business Management to identify the IT requirements of the Bank and develop plans to improve the IT function and bring in new functionality.
- Manage the IT infrastructure and vendors and lead a team of professionals to maintain internal controls and cater to the requirements of the bank’s growing business.
- Evaluate overall operations of computing and information technology functions and recommend enhancements.
- Prepare enterprise objectives and budgets to facilitate the orderly and efficient capture, storage, processing, and dissemination of information.
- Oversee the development, design, and implementation of new applications and changes to existing computer systems and software packages.
- Responsible for the development, review, and certification of all back-up and disaster recovery procedures and plans.

Qualification:
- 16 years of education with a degree in IT / Computer Science / Software Engineering / Computer Engineering or equivalent.

Experience:
- 12 – 15 years of IT experience with at least 2 years as Head of IS or IT department (preferably of a bank).
