· A Master’s Degree in Computer Science from an HEC recognized university
· Microsoft Product certification
· Hands-on experience with Windows Server, general IT applications and packages, as well as providing end-user support
· A working knowledge of LAN/WAN troubleshooting, SAN/TSM, Windows Administration, Cisco router and switches
· 2-3 years work experience in a similar position
