- Masters of Business Administration in Marketing/Management

- Excellent communication (verbal & negotiation) skills
- Exceptional commercial acumen
- Excellent presentation skills
- Strong Command on Microsoft office.
- Meeting sales target through individual & corporate sales accounts on average net sales basis.
- Maintaining a close Liaison with clients to provide after-sales services and graduate them into larger portfolios over a period of time.
- Evaluating the ability and the desire to seek risk and helping the clients make the best asset allocation decision for their investments, into the appropriate JS Funds, accordingly.
- Ensuring compliance to the KYC principles set out by the compliance department while opening accounts and getting the required information regarding the client’s sources of funds.
- Promoting the brand image of JSIL through conducting various presentations and information seminars for institutional and individual groups.
- Managing key accounts allocated by the Regional Manager for ensuring desired return & goals set out at the time of account initiation.
- Assuming any other duties as appropriate, as required by the line manager from time to time as a secondary responsibility or one-off jobs such as planning and organizing road shows etc.
