Manager Operations - SME Bank

Major Responsibilities
  • Manage the operations of all the departments related to General Banking activities of the assigned branch according to the policies and procedures, review periodically the various steps involved and ensure effective compliance of all Head Office, SBP and other regulatory circulars.
  • Assist the Branch Manager in ensuring customer satisfaction and retention through proactive customer service techniques such as expedite sales at point of service and resolve customer issues promptly etc.
  • Ensure confidentiality and transparency in maintaining customer bank accounts, ensure accounts are updated timely on each and every transaction, while income is credited and government taxes/ bank or service charges are deducted according to the Bank policies and procedures.
  • Assist the external and internal auditors in their duties; review and provide comments on any observations cited by the auditors in their report. Ensure compliance of the audit observations.
  • Plan and supervise the work of assigned staff. Act as coach and mentor and impart on the job training to assigned staff that would assist them in performing optimally in their jobs.
Qualification:
  • Graduate ( Preferably MBA in Finance or Banking, M.Com, M.A Economics)

Experience:
  • Preferably 3 years of experience  in a similar position with a reputable commercial bank

Age:
  • Age  upto 40 years
