Key Accounts Manager

Client : FMCG Multinational,
Position : Key Accounts Manager
Education :MBA – IBA /LUMS candidates preferred
Based : Karachi
Package 100k + benefits
Experience : min 4 yrs candidates only from top Multinationals eg Unilever , P&G, Nestle

ط  ·         Assist Head of Sales in developing annual sales plan, and execution of modern trade/channel objectives.      
ط  ·         Negotiate trading terms on pay for performance basis, establish and maintain key account relationships.      
ط  ·         Create channel portraits; establish alignment between marketing and sales function, analyzing competitive advantage etc. in line with BCC.      
ط  ·         Distribute annual targets into accounts and timelines as per the brand plan.      
ط  ·         Develop trade schemes and channel activations through POB material and in store branding, wholesale, general retail trade.      
ط  ·         Responsible for order deliveries and maintaining stock levels for key accounts like CSD, Metro, MAKRO and other key accounts      
ط  ·         Analyze data to identify account, brand and SKU opportunities and develop and execute plans accordingly      
ط         Scan current and forecast future competitor activity.      
ط        Visit the market on a regular basis.      
ط        Monitor market share and identify opportunities.
