Assistant Manager Operations & Supply Chain
 Job Descriptions:
-               Responsible for operational systems of all the sites of Multifuel (LPG, Petrol and Diesel) sites of the Centre Zone
-               Responsible for Coordination with stations handling issues related to product supply and operations.
-               Responsible for day to day operations and supply chain activities e.g. placing orders, managing supplies from depot, product management, stock etc
-               Ensure proper representation of all the sites and identify location for development of sites.
-               Responsible for Sales and Marketing activities for enhancing Sales.
-               Handling of installation of LPG facilities on the existing Sites.
-               Handling of all matters related to annual inspection by OGRA or 3rd party inspectors.
-               Implements Strategic Initiatives that focus on meeting growing business needs.
-               Handling and liaison with suppliers for on time supply of LPG, Petrol, and Diesel on sites.
-               Liaison with Finance department for timely release of funds to distributors.
-               Assist Zonal Manager for achieving monthly/Quarterly and annually sales targets.
-               Visit to different Govt departments, in order to resolve different issues pertaining to LPG and Multifuel.
-               Manage procedures for calculating the financial roll-forward inventory on a monthly basis.
-               Responsible for overall physical inventories in the distribution centre
-               Analysing, future stock consumption and manage supply chain for each station.
-               Responsible for proper Implementation of HSE standards on the territory’s site.
-               Communicates effectively with Supervisor for business Planning.
-               Maintains open communication with all levels of management in the distribution centre.

Knowledge, skills & abilities:
-               Knowledge of distribution operating systems, logistics and forecasting.
-               Strong leadership and motivational ability.
-               Strong written and oral communication skills.
-               Excellent problem solving and decision making skills.
-               Strong time management skills.

Educational & Experience:
-               MBA or advanced degree strongly preferred.
-               Minimum 3-4 years relevant experience required.
-               Knowledge and experience with distribution operating systems, logistics and forecasting.
-               Knowledge and experience of using various computer systems.
