Assistant Brand Manager with a leading Multinational FMCG client – Lahore based:
Requirements are as follows:
Education: MBA – Marketing
Experience: Min 2-3 years Marketing / business experience in Brand Management with a leading FMCG ( Coke ,Nestle , P&G, Unilever, R&B,Engro etc)
Salary package: 150K -175K + benifits
Job description is as follows:
· Manage day to day brand operations
· Close monitoring and analysis of sales volumes, market share trends and competitive activity
· Assists in developing and executing communication and promotional initiatives to profitably increase consumption within budgeted parameters
· Assists in the identification and development of business building ideas and works with other team members to execute the plans that meet investment criteria
· Coordinates product management and/or cost reduction projects with internal and external resources to achieve results (product development, production planning, trade promotion, sales, market research, and advertising agencies)
· Ensure prompt customer complaint management and end to end resolution
· Work with Market Research department to gather consumer insights and learning on the brand/portfolio/category for strategic analysis reporting
· Assists Brand Managers in product coordination, development and overall vision and strategy of the Brands.
