PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATION / EXPERIENCE
· An MBA in Marketing with an engineering background having an experience of 4-6 years in the FMCG.
PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE & JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
· Responsible for the development of the brand to feed up growth and develop strong marketing initiatives .
· Manage a team of and direct all communication, build and implement annual marketing plans and budgets.
· Define group brand strategy and direct market vision and accurate analysis.
· Ensure consistency of trade marketing activities and coordinate with research agencies to better understand the consumers, their needs.
· Develop communication plans with partner advertising agencies to drive share of the product.
· Work in a multifunctional team to drive holistic sales and marketing strategies across each market, ensuring there is a plan for each market and channel.
· Manage and develop team members and adapt and develop human resources vs. workload.
· Must have core competencies of Reliability / Proactive - High energy levels and a get thing done attitude.
· Excellent communication skills and leadership ability to drive a team.
