Qualification CA (Inter / ACMA / ACCA
Responsibilities
· Preparation of Project Budget.
· Cost follow up for the budget.
· Maintain the site bookkeeping records in recommended formats.
· Prepare the financial reports for the management.
· Handling of tax related issues.
· Reconciliations with accounts & finance department on fortnightly basis.
· Invoicing to customers and follow up.
· Prepare the master vendor data for future references.
· Follow up with vendors for invoices.
· Make arrangements for the payments to vendors on time.
· Create and maintain good relations with customers and vendors.
· Create and maintain good relations with customers and vendors.
· Preparation of monthly cash flows- actual and budgeted.
· Responsible to arrange petty cash for site office expenses and their settlement.
· Maintenance of record for the entire project.
· Coordination of project accounting between head office and regional office.
· To assist Project Manager in achieving the goals and objectives of management and set for Project installations.
