- 2 to 4 Years experience
- B.E. Electrical Engineering
- Any certification in Data Center related environment
- (Preferred)
1.2-4 years of working experience in managing power infrastructure, Data & fiber networks
2.Strong knowledge of power infrastructures including different models of installations, UPS, breakers, Power Management modules, Air Conditioning etc
3.knowledge of UNIX, Linux, Windows based high end systems, with HA/Cluster and Disaster Recovery configurations, Storage technologies like SAN, FC etc as required to support a mission critical IT Systems Infrastructure
4.Experience of managing environment monitoring
5.Experience in the area of systems and network monitoring and management solutions with hands-on configuration and administration skills of few popular monitoring software/tools
6.Should have knowledge and experience in the area of Systems and Information Security
7.Have basic experience with database products and technologies like Oracle
8.Exposure to multi-vendor hardware, OS, storage, NMS and related technologies
9.Should have proven experience of working and delivering under stress situations, with a more focus on solution than the problem
10.Candidate should have extensive experience in designing and planning to set up a data centre according to TIA-942 Compliant Standards
11.Plan and coordinate the installation, testing, operation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of hardware and software systems
12.Work with the Project Manager and Data Center Management staff to develop the proper set of operational tasks and
13.Procedures necessary to facilitate a smooth working of Data Center
14.Serve as primary point of contact on a 24-hour, 15-days-a-week basis, in charge of coordinating critical disaster recovery procedures directly impacting the stability/working of data center operations
16.Manage the launch and Control Monitoring Initiative to bring the Data Centers into Compliance under ISO 27001, SAS 70 Type II, and SOX
17.Facility management including data center capacity strategy, managing capacity planning, floor plans, power and cooling systems, planning for greening up data center, presenting vision to multiple levels of management
