PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATION / EXPERIENCE · Minimum of 7 years of Organizational Development.
· Experience with 5 years of job related and progressive experience in quality management training and/or staff development with demonstrated competence in organizational design, planning, service delivery, and evaluation.
PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE & JOB RESPONSIBILITIES · Develop, deliver, facilitate, assess and lead global organizational development interventions, programs and processes and training initiatives.
· Diagnose the needs of the organization and take steps to fulfill the Organizational needs.
· Lead training needs assessment process and develop and manage master training plan for the employees.
· Manage the Organizational development programs and participants to ensure support of organizational strategic plan needs for the emerging talent.
· Lead Change Management Initiative; Work with the HR to assess the organizational capability and effectiveness and then lead change management initiatives to address issues.
· Lead the design and implementation of innovative OD initiatives as needed to address specific business related issues/concerns .
· Lead the focus on key talent sourcing, talent management and diversity initiatives working with and through the global HR professionals
Lead Selection and Assessment process, process improvement, training and implementation
Designs, develops, plans, implements, and markets staff development orientations, in-service and training programs for the staff.
