SR. ELECTRICAL TECHNICIAN / HVAC TECHNICIAN/ ASSISTANT TECHNICIAN
Duties
Carry out hands-on troubleshooting, service, maintenance & repair of the mechanical, electrical and electronic equipment / machineries in district cooling plants.
Requirements
Diploma in Mechanical / Electrical / Electronics Engineering, 4+ years experience in electromechanical equipment maintenance, preferably with at least 2 years experience in the maintenance function in a district energy organization or in a centrifugal / screw / reciprocating chiller plant.
SR. PLANT OPERATORS / PLANT OPERATORS / ASSISTANT OPERATIONS
Duties
Perform day-to-day operation of the district cooling plants to ensure their reliable and fault-free performance. Notify any deviations in equipment performance to Plant Supervisor and obtain work instructions, particularly for abnormal deviations. Record & monitor plant control system data to ensure that all equipment operate within defined parameters Provide technical support for modifications and /or rectifications and improvements when required.
Requirements
Diploma in Air-conditioning & Refrigeration or equivalent, preferably with training / certification in district cooling equipment / control systems
Should have 4-8 years relevant experience in the operation of large size chillers / district cooling plants
