* Solid commercial experience with ActionScript 3.0, Flash, Flex 4
* Experience with web services and APIs
* Strong Object Oriented Programming Skills
* Understanding of software design patterns
* Experience with E4X, XML and Javascript
* Experience with a server-side technology
* Familiarity with the principles of Usability and Human Interface Design
* Familiarity with unit testing techniques for UI's
* Systems implementation skills: requirements/process analysis, conceptual and detailed design, configuration, testing, training, change management,support.
